• Caterpillar 631C Water Pull (Water Tanker)

 When a Caterpillar Wheel Tractor-Scraper is configured to pull a massive water wagon or tanker instead of an earthmoving bowl, Caterpillar officially calls the final configuration a Water Pull.  

To facilitate this, Caterpillar sells the front tractor portion independently through Caterpillar OEM Solutions as a Partial Wheel Tractor-Scraper (or a "tractor-only" power unit). Third-party manufacturers (like for example Ground Force Worldwide or Mega Corp) then attach the specialized tank trailing unit to complete the Water Pull machine.
