The Caterpillar 350 L Excavator in 1:50th scale was custom built by Eugenio Morganti in 1995.

Many years ago I received from a fellow collector in Germany this custom built addition in my collection and finally took it to the photo set:  

Once again because there is still a whole story to share behind the (re)creation of this scale model and also because now with the announcement by CCM that they will NO longer produce the Caterpillar 350 Excavator in 1:48th scale, it still a rare replica of the Caterpillar 350 Excavator remains.
