The Caterpillar 785 Mining Truck was Caterpillar’s first entry into the mining industry more than three decades ago and has been a proven performer on sites around the world ever since – with more than 3,000 trucks in the field.

Of the 785 series Mining Trucks, both the 785D and 785D MEGA MWT30 Water Truck were produced by Norscot in 1:50th scale. Diecast Masters re-released 85D MEGA MWT30 Water Truck. In 2024, the new Caterpillar 785 Mining Truck will be released by Diecast Masters.
