HIGRO is Dutch and stands for HIstorisch GROndverzet which can be translated to "Historical Earthmoving" and their annual Event was held 24 and 25 may 2014 in Oostrum (Venray), The Netherlands.

For anyone who still just wants to reminisce I have added the link to reports on the HIstorische GROndverzetweekend Venray 2014.
