Diecast Masters had during their worldwide kick-off at the International Toy Fair aka Spielwarenmesse 2016 announced their first line up with two new Caterpillar On-Highway Trucks scale models in their 1:50th scale diecast "High Line Series":

• Caterpillar CT681 Dump Truck #85513
• Caterpillar CT681 Concrete Mixer #85295

But unfortunately it is now almost certain that both Caterpillar CT681 scale models in 1:50th scale will never be produced by Diecast Masters because Caterpillar has announced this week in a world wide press release to discontinue their development and production of Caterpillar On-Highway Vocational Trucks in 1:1th scale.

Fortunately, we still have these photos and who knows, maybe the handmade monster models shown below will show up one day.... Fingers crossed!
