Caterpillar European Race Truck [Norscot 1:50]

It has been quite a few years since I was able to acquire a unique Caterpillar signed scale model on Ebay. Therefore, it is high time for a flashback about the discovery of my:

  • Caterpillar European Race Truck #55089

This scale model of the Caterpillar European Race Truck (The official name is Caterpillar TRD Super Truck) in 2002 in 1:50 scale by Norscot released with #55089 for the promotion of the Caterpillar Race Team that was already several years driving very successfully in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship.  

With the Finnish driver Harry Luostarinen behind the steering wheel the Caterpillar Race Team won in 1997 and 2000 the championship for Super Race Trucks.
