Neil Dillon is a Irish custom Caterpillar scalemodel builder. His main focus are Wheel-Tractor Scrapers and Track-Type Tractors. Besides his build models he developed under own management special parts. A good example is the recently released metal hubs and rubber tires and an enlarged headboard for the Caterpillar 631E Wheel-Tractor Scraper from Norscot.

His latest set is a Caterpillar 631E Wheel-Tractor Scraper Up-grade kit for your Ertl/Norscot model, cost £100 plus postage. The kit contains a cushion hitch built up, a spill guard and a set of metal hubs and rubber wheels. The cushion hitch can have a basic pipework package including rubber pipes for a further £35.
