The Caterpillar 16G Motor Grader scale model in 1:50th was released by NZG Modelle in 1994 under item number #387.

As is the case with most older NZG models, there are a number of inaccuracies compared to the real machine, particularly regarding the wheels. However, the functionality is largely comparable to the best Motor Grader scale models of today and therefore certainly should not be missing from your (Caterpillar) Motor Grader collection. Fine examples are the rear pendulum axles and the moveable executed Motor Grader blade. The rear ripper can also be raised and lowered hydraulically.

The scale model of the Caterpillar 16G Motor Grader has no alternative company colors or white variants; it has always been produced in the recognizable AF factory Caterpillar yellow. The 'Launch Edition' is the only "variant" that was distributed in collaboration with Norscot in 1994. The box features a unique, individual serial number.
