Saturday, 10th November, Gertjan Veld and Jack Schrijen, two avid Caterpillar scale model collectors from the Limburg County, came along for a mini Caterpillar meeting at my house.

Gertjan Veld is not only a collector but also a keen and talented custom scale model maker. He therefore had brought along a small number of his own build projects for an extensive photo report which later will be posted on this website.

Gertjan Veld also has recently started building the KIT of Caterpillar D25D Articulated Truck of CYPmodels and we will very soon start with publishing the next story of a model in the series "The making of ...."

While serving our vegetable soup and homemade Big Mac, the TNT postman stood banging on the window with the greatest surprise: the Caterpillar D9H models of CCM. It was late for the men went back home ...
