The following new Norscot models in 1:50th scale will be finally released in 2012:

• Caterpillar 785D Truck with MEGA Water tank #55276
• Caterpillar 323D Excavator with demolition hammer #55282
• Caterpillar 336D Excavator with Scrap Shear #55283

All three models are variations on an existing scale model, but the newly developed Watertank for the Truck and the Work Tools Attachments for both Excavators are certainly a nice and welcome addition for any Caterpillar scale model collector.

And finally the rumours are confirmed with the annoucement of the next models:

• Caterpillar 740B EJ Articulated Truck with Ejector body #55500
• Caterpillar D8T Dozer with ripper #55299

I hope that soon Norscot problems with his current Chinese supplier will be solved or Norscot can make a restart with a new producer for his Caterpillar scale models and we will actually recieve the first models in the spring of this year.
