The Caterpillar D6 XE LGP Dozer in 1:50th scale was released by Diecast Masters in 2019 with #85554.

The new Caterpillar D6 Dozer, also announced as the "Next Generation Design" or short “Next Gen” Caterpillar Dozer is the successor to the "T" Series in 1:1th scale, but because Caterpillar has changed his machine type numbering and stopped adding the successor letter it just will be released as the "D6" Series. The new Caterpillar D6 XE model is the world’s first elevated sprocket dozer with an electric drive system.

My first impression: the Caterpillar D6 XE LGP Dozer has a detailed cab interior, including "Bob" the operator. Authentic Cat Machine Yellow paint. Finishing touch are the functional Caterpillar VPAT Blade with realistic push arm blade movements and rolling metal tracks. Presented in the “High Line Series Packaging” Collectible, full-color printed metal box, including machine photos and specifications.

The two Diecast Masters Caterpillar D6 "Next Gen" Dozers also have a world first because they are the very first Caterpillar scale models equipped with the new Caterpillar "Modern Hex" trade dress.
