Caterpillar 583T Pipelayer

The Caterpillar 583T Pipelayer in 1:48th scale was in 2006 released by CCM.

This Caterpillar 583T Pipelayer is a handmade brass construction precision scale model and is made in a limited edition of in total only 310 pieces in 2006 by Classic Construction Models (CCM) in 1:48th scale.

I only recently discovered that in addition to the 225 pieces of Caterpillar 583T ROPS Pipelayers, of which I fortunately have a copy in my collection, another 85 pieces have been released via CCM, which in addition to the ROPS also where provided with a closed cabin.

WHAT A STUNNING MODEL!

Of these, another eighteen were used for six exclusive "CAT 583T Pipelayer Triad" sets delivered on a special pedestal.
